SinglePoint User Authorization
Independent resource: not affiliated with U.S. Bank. We do not handle logins or accounts—this site provides general guidance only.
Authorization determines what each user can see and do. Many “access” problems are actually role or entitlement issues: the user is signed in successfully but doesn’t have permission for a specific account, service, or action.
Common Authorization Symptoms
- Account list is empty or incomplete
- Buttons/actions are missing (e.g., approvals, templates)
- “Not authorized” or “insufficient privileges” messages
- Users can view but not transact
How to Diagnose
- Confirm the user profile is active and correctly assigned
- Compare entitlements with another working user
- Check whether a second approver/admin is required
- Document the exact action that fails (screen + time + steps)
